Thaddeus McCalister
Thaddeus Rashad McCalister, an experienced educator for 10+ years, led schools to academic and cultural success. As principal at Ozona High School, he achieved the school's first A rating by Texas' accountability system and earned his Texas Superintendent certification. With a growth mindset, he believes everyone has greatness within. Growing up in economically disadvantaged circumstances, he understands the challenges faced by students in Big Spring ISD. Now, equipped with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and valuable experiences, he aims to lead Pathway Academy as Superintendent.

JUDGE TIMOTHY GREEN
Former Municipal Court Judge (22 years) in Big Spring, TX. Now a consultant and Associate Judge at Big Spring Municipal Court. Active in Rotary Club and Knights of Columbus.
NADIA ELEDA
13+ years of experience in the medical field. Works as a psychiatric and family nurse practitioner. Boy mom who enjoys sports and travelling.

Educational Diagnostician for the Menard Special Education Cooperative with 23 years' experience in education. Passionate about all students getting the best education possible!
