Thaddeus McCalister
Thaddeus Rashad McCalister, an experienced educator for 10+ years, led schools to academic and cultural success. As principal at Ozona High School, he achieved the school's first A rating by Texas' accountability system and earned his Texas Superintendent certification. With a growth mindset, he believes everyone has greatness within. Growing up in economically disadvantaged circumstances, he understands the challenges faced by students in Big Spring ISD. Now, equipped with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and valuable experiences, he aims to lead Pathway Academy as Superintendent.
